Petit fours are very interesting to me. I haven't made any before, but would like to start offering them. What do you charge for 1.5" square petit fours with simple decoration? Are shaped ones more? Do you offer different flavors in the same order?

Thanks!

I charge $15 per dozen with a two dozen minimum. Those little suckers aren't easy & I've found that people will pay for wow factor. thumbs_up.gif

$100.00 a piece!!! Just kidding! I HATE making those little suckers. I am just not good at it. I can never get the poured fondant right!

Yes, I was thinking $20 per dozen since I get $30 for a cake that serves 24. Do you guys offer flavors and shapes??

That is a good price for them. I only offer regular pound cake and chocolate pound cake - and of course whatever color they want on the top of them. I do not like making them - they are a pain! BUT they are so pretty and always get such wonderful comments. I just dread it when I know someone is going to order them. (which for some reason is always in the spring for me!)
