hmm, I've never done that. Maybe you could add chocolate pudding mix and some cocoa? Or you could try chocoalte syrup? Or even melted chocolate? I would be interested to find out if anyone has tried doing this. Hopefully you will get some better answers!
I had DH French Vanilla cake that I added a doctored recipe to, I didn't have any vanilla pudding mix so I used chocolate. It had more of a sponge cake chocolate color. I don't know how it tastes, it was made for class and I don't want to cut it since it's going to my neighbors! Gotta get all the cake out of the house!!
