HI

How do you do a camoflauge cake? I would like to do some camoflauge on my husbands cake but not sure how to get it so smooth without mixing the colors together. Any advice on this would be truly appreciated!

Thanks!!

You could use fondant and blend the colours together when you roll it out. I wouldn't know how to do it in buttercream though, maybe someone else does.

Thanks cashley

It's for my husband and he doesn't really like fondant so I was going to use buttercream. I'm sure I've seen it done, I just need some pointers.....if anyone else might know.....

You could use stars so you have better control of the lines... You could map out the sections with your round tip and then use stars to fill in the sections.. Or you could use a round tip and just fill the sections in and then use a moist brush to smooth the icing.

If you have an airbrush that would be the easiest way to do it..
