I've been wanting to do a cake with pistachio filling. Anyone have any ideas for cake and icing flavors that would compliment that? I was thinking white chocolate somewhere in there...

There's a wedding cake in the Martha Stewart Baking Handbook that has alternating tiers of white and pistachio cake filled with both mocha buttercream and mocha pastry cream. It's iced with vanilla buttercream. It looks absolutely delicious! I want to make a scaled-down version to try it out.
