I just did a trial topsy turvy cake based on the method that icingandsprinkles posted and it worked great! The only difference is I am attempting to do it a BC Basketweave. Anyway, follow that plan and it will work for you. Good Luck!

I am so glad I have finally given something back in return. Glad my pictures helped I am so glad I took the time to take them I made that cake all by myself Husband was in Dallas and I had my 2 year old and my 4 month old baby in the swing in the kitchen...(sigh) memories icon_smile.gif

I just made my first topsy turvey cake today and covered them in fondant and it was a disaster!!! i had so many creases and folds....WHAT AM I DOING WRONG????
