I buy all of my cake supplies from this store (it's dangerously close to my office! ha ha). I think you can only order by calling them or by fax (they don't have online ordering) but they have a great selection.

Glad to see another New Yorker is on the board. I agree, New York Cake & Baking IS a good source. I shop there all the time--less now since my job moved downtown NYC.
