If the fish was more to the left, I would say maybe some bubbles or something, but since he's not, I think it looks great the way it is!

Bubbles on the left side might be a bit too interesting icon_surprised.gif

I think it looks great! You could add some waves or wake like motion behind the tail in blue, but it's exactly what she ordered as is!

How tired are you?
Really tired = it's perfect!
not so tired = some seagrass

I think it looks great the way it is though.

Your fish looks perfect, nice work! The ONLY thing I could see added to it is the long sea grass others mentioned. But it looks great without it! Jen

I think it looks great as is. If it's for a fisherman, you could add a line & hook. If you're just dying to add something.

well, thanks for all the ideas..........i was exhausted (i'm pregnant and between nasea(sp?), potty breaks and a 2 yr old) just decided to add some "swim lines" behind the fish, i just did it with a toothpick into the green icing. actually looked neat. as for why i didn't put the fish in the center........i don't know!!! my husband said "how come he's off center to the left?" well, hum, i really don't know why i did that. oh well, what's done is done. besides he took me forever. as always, your help is greatly appreciated!

p.s. i delivered it and don't even know if the lady liked it! she just said "cute".............arggggg, do you know how long that took me???? sometimes i wanna smash their faces in what i just "slapped together"!

sorry for the rant, i'll just blame it on hormones!

I think it is super - adds a little dimesion to it with the fish off center - I like it that way.

Don't people know how hard we work and we crave positive feedback??? At least you can get it here! icon_smile.gif

Your cake looks great! I think it looks better with the fish off center than it would with in the middle of the cake. Adds a bit of visual interest.

Seaweed, bubbles or just as it is. The fish is wonderful.
