My favorite is the coconut/pecan combo. Here is a link to a recipe posted here:

Here's something that might taste good too..
Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I prefer using 1 cup)
1 teaspoon pure almond extract or pure vanilla extract
4 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
Cream the cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl. Then add the cocoa powder, extract, and confectioners' sugar and blend with the mixer on low speed until ingredients are moistened. Beat on medium until fluffy
Makes approximately 4 cups.
