Does this exist for the public to have? I'm referring to a cupcake from "Sprinkles". Of course, I don't want their exact recipe but is there a version out there?

Chai latte is pretty much black tea infused with spices and mixed with milk "latte"...
I've never worked with it, but figure you can either let the chai tea bag sit in the milk for a while and let it develop. another option would be to buy the International Coffee Chai Latte and mix it into your milk also...These you can buy at the supermarket in the coffee section.
