Hi, yesterday I tried making a royal icing tiara after reading carrielynnfields article. The first layer was perfect and I left it to dry. When I came back, I saw that the tiara was sliding off the parchement paper, I couldn't hold it in place. While trying to do the second layer, the tiara broke from the back and fell even though I didn't touch it. How can I make the tiara stay in place and not slide off the parchement paper? Thanks a lot.

Hi,jouj! Probably you need to check the RI consistency. It happened to me too the first time I made a tiara. The icing needs to be thick but not too hard to pipe.HIH icon_lol.gif
