Okay, I was searching through the Gallery section, children's birthdays and found many "painted jello" pictures. They looked pretty awesome, and well, what is that about!! I have never heard of this procedure. Explain this to me, and do you use it in place of icing? And, is one on top of a cheesecake, did I read that right? Hmmm, this is new to me. Shawn <><

saraiz has kindly agreed to publish her interesting technique in the form of a "Step-By-Step" article on CakeCentral.com!

She said there are many steps so it will take some time for her to get it into article form with photos and all. I will be posting it as soon as it is finished!
