I made some mmf and is wondering how do you store it to use later for food safety? And what is the shelf life of mmf after it is made? Thanks

Well if you wrap it properly, I read on here that is supposed to last 4 months, but has lasted longer. You need to put crisco on it, wrap it in suran wrap, then a zip-loc bag or air tight container. I actually put the zip-loc bag in an air tight container=) Then just place it somewhere out of the sun light and you should be fine. If you have one of those machines thats sucks all the air out and wraps in plastic, that would work great for this=) HTH some, Jen
