I just started doing cookies last week....very simple cookies, with MMF to decorate. I made some for my hairdresser with his logo, now he wants 400 for a show this weekend.....so...I have a few questions

can I freeze them already decorated with MMF? can I freeze if they are done with the glace icing?

on another note...does anyone have any ideas how to get the image of a wolf on a cookie? pipe it? stencil?

I DID tell my hairdresser that I would do the best I could but wasn't going to guarantee 400...we barter so I always get my family's haircuts and highlights for free...and he is one of the best in town....booked all the time, so it works out for us.

yes, all of those choices will freeze. You would probably get the best results from a stencil, and it will go faster than piping.

And you better get off this board and get to baking. that is 33 dozen cookies!
