Help!! I was going to try making my first tiered cake tonight when I discovered that I only had 2 large eggs in my carton-even after I told my family that I needed these eggs for some cakes I wanted to do tonight. I was so mad!!
My hubby, in an attempt to reconcile the situation, ran to the store to fetch some more eggs. Well, wouldn't you know it, he bought medium eggs!I really wanted to at least get the cakes baked tonight. I have never used medium eggs in my cake mix before. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to convert medium eggs into what I need for large eggs? Does this even make sense? And what would happen if I were able to use medium eggs instead of large ones?? Thanks for any help.
