Does anyone have a preference? I love the imbc but wonder how the swiss compared in taste? I have never made that one before. Thanks!

I think they taste the same. It's just alittle different in the way the same ingredients are used. Try them both and you'll get a sense for which is better, as far as procedures, for you.
