Do any of you have any western themed wedding cake pictures or ideas? Or do you know of any website that has some. I have already searched google. Thanks so much!

I have a picture from a catalog, but it's too large to post here and I can't figure out how to shrink it. Give me your email and I'll send it to you. It's real cute.

Here's photo of a what looks to be more of a Groom's cake, but maybe you can adapt it or draw inspiration from it. By the way, the following web site is where I found this. There are a lot of nice cakes and other confections on this site: http://www.mcneillmanor.com

Yes I'm not sure how elaborate you'd like to go - but the horseshoe pan has many different ways it can be decorated anywhere from simple to elaborate!

OMG that brought back alot of memories for me. When I opened that up and seen that.. (sigh) My grandma had one just like that, a wood one for course not a cake only it was brown and had 4 wood hand carved horses pulling it. I have not seen that thing in years. I think my sister lost it. But wow that was a blast in the past (sniffle)
sorry had to share that!! peacockplace Good luck with the cake

I just knew you guys would speak up!!! That hat actually looks like leather, hope it didn't taste like it!

Maybe a tier cake with a white hat for a top layer, using rope design piping, some silver spurs, that kind of thing as trim. Janice

You could make a his and her cowboy boot molded out of fondant or chocolate for putting on the top of the cake. And then for the sides pipe on right side up horseshoes (so that as tradition goes so the good luck does not pour out- or something like that)
