icon_sad.gif Hello,,I have been looking and looking and can't seem to find a really easy but great merangue? buttercream recipe. This recipe not only looks good but also looks very easy to spread onto cakes and be used as a filler too.


Does anyone????? have a recipe and if so, would it be possible for me to get this recipe???

I have made Martha's IMBC from her site and it turned out pretty good. Try that one and see what you think!

Hiya crashdummy2,
In the recipe section there is a recipe called "Whipped Cream Buttercream Frosting" I find it to be very good. Not overly sweet with a whipped icing texture. I flavored my last batch with the "pina colada" Lorann's oil. And boy was it yummy. Makes enough frosting to cover a stacked 9" (two layers) with leftovers for piping borders and what not. Smooths well also. Here's the link straight to it:
