I have a bride who wants to do a grooms cake with their college logo on it...is this kosher?

I believe college logos are copyrighted just like the Disney characters and such. I don't see a reason not to do the cake, many people do. I've done a few myself (I'll have to post them). But technically you still have to follow the same guidelines as if you were doing any other licensed character.

You could talk to the college to get permission to use it. They probably wouldn't care and be honoured to let you use it. You then cover yourself too.
