Hi everyone:
I am please to announce that my niece just became engaged. The shaky news is that I volunteer to make her an engagement cake. How bold was I.
Anyway, I have enclosed an attachment of an engagement ring cake diagram. I must apologize first of all for the diagram, I have never been to artistic in that area.

Please give me your opinion, and if anyone has any ideas that could possibly help me, kindly let me know. I am also looking for sample of engagement cakes with the engagement ring. I already purchased the huge plastic engagement ring for the cake.
