I made these for my hubby and I for dessert tonight. He requested chocolate mousse, I guess he is tired of cake! Well I had never worked with chocoalte before and had so much fun with these. I was really happy with how they came out but would love some feedback. I wanted a chocoalte bowl, or cagey looking thing to set the mousse in, but it cracked so I kind of winged the whole thing.

They are made of a small circle of chocolate fudge cake ( about 3 inch in diameter and 1 inch tall. Then 3 inches of chocoalte mousse. The white is piped fresh whipped cream and all of the other decorations are made from chocolate.

Well- the hubby loved them! They were quite rich though! I couldn't finish mine. Especially after the steak dinner he made me!
