Picture below for what I want...
*What cake pans should I use to get that height? 2", 3" deep?
*Also, how much should I fill a pan? I am concerned about it baking even and as well asthe bake time.

Thanks for your help icon_smile.gif

Hard to tell but it may be 3 layers in each size, baked in the 2" deep pans! You can fill the pans any where from 1/2 to 2/3 full...I prefer to do 1/2 full!

Hmmmm I was going to say it almost looks like each layer is 2 - 2inch layers each and possibly with fillings between also. It is one tall cake - looks great though! Good luck

That's a pretty cake!! Is that dogwood flowers on it? I think dogwoods are so beautiful!!!

Unless my eyes are playing tricks on me the cake looks like 2-3" pans with filling added to each layer then stacked. At that angle it's hard to really tell. Are you doning to make this cake? Good luck!! It is a pretty cake~

Looks like it may be three 2" layers...hard to tell from the picture. For some of my cakes, I use my 3" pans, just because I like the extra height for some of my cakes.
