I have a request for a cake with no milk, and very few eggs. She wants a castle cake (possibly) that would be tiered, and I have to get back with her to see if there are any recipes like she is requesting that would be strong enough to support itself in tiers. I know there probably aren't any that would support in a 3D sculpted cake, but I think a castle might be okay.

Ideas?

What flavor? The addition of starches can help with structure where no eggs are used. Is this for a newly diagnosed child? You will need more specific info to go forward.

Standard cake mixes have dried milk in them.
