I need an idea for a knight cake. The customer said her son likes knights, kings, etc. Anyone done anything like this or have any ideas? I'd like to stay away from just a fbct. I checked the galleries but didn't really see anything.

Also you might want to consider: There is a FANTASTIC sculptured knight cake in CC Fantasy/Gothic/Fairytale Gallery aptly called "Knight" cake. I saved this cake to my favorites, maybe it will be one of your favorites too.
