Can I use whipped icing to fill in the stars for the football pan?...Also I would like to put filling in the football cake..can i do this?

You might be able to do the stars if you use the wilton stabilized wc recipe on their site. They won't look as nice as a bc star and it will probably take you longer because your hand will warm the wc so you will have to put the bag in the fridge to cool the wc back down. I have the football pan but haven't used it yet. You could probably torte it to fill it.

I would imagine, yes you could torte it. I agree with everything stated above, they MAY not look as nice as bc stars, and you'll most likely have to refrigerate it often. Let us know how it works out!
