I am making a fonant ribbon to so around each tier of a 4 tiered square wedding cake. Do I make the ribbon all in one piece or seperate pieces. If I make in seperate pieces how do I seam it so the ends don't show.
Hope I am making myself clear. I don't work with fonant that much as far as decorations go and have never done a fondant ribbon for a border that will be this long....14 inch, 12, 10, 8
Also her color's are "pool" or aqua. I got the americolor turqouise but not sure if that is going to match. Is there a chart anywhere for mixing colors?

Make your strips of fondant in the length you need around the cake. After you have the size add a small coating of corn starch and roll it up place it on the side of the cake and start to unroll as you go around. Should work for you its easy that way.
