I just happened to see a great cake - if you want to see it then do a search on "color flow and blues clues". It is really nice!

Someone else recently needed the same help. I am attaching a picture of a Blues Clues cake I did some time ago. I used the house pan and made a Blues Clues house. The candles (Blues Clues) are preety easy to find or you can use toy Blues clues from the toy store.

Alamo that cake is just too cute!!! Very creative!! JLA- you should come up with a scend. use the house pan on an 11X15 and make his house. YOu could even make blue out of fondant or something like that. Not the I have had any experience, but it's just an idea. YOu could add Magenta and Periwinkle also it you get really ambitious.

The candle on the main cake was so appropriate. It is Blues Clues with a birthday cake. The cake was a real hit. I, myself, am not crazy about the character pans. I prefer to do something out of the ordinary.

Hope this helped! Good luck and don't forget to post a picture. icon_biggrin.gif

I don't prefer the character pans, either. I don't have the room to store them!!! I either freehand, or make a 3-D cake. This week I'm going to do a FBCT for the first time to see how it goes. Maybe you could do one of those. I'm sorry I can't help you with the chocolate transfer. Is it like doing the FBCT? I'm anxious to hear about it. Maybe this will bump you up to get someone's attention.

I am of absolutely no use to you icon_redface.gif , but I just wanted to comment on that cake....WOW. I love seeing creative works of art. Very impressive, and I love that you didn't have to buy a character pan! I love it!!
