Got called today about making a western themed wedding cake: three tier, either white or chocolate torted. She doesn't know how many guests yet, so drew up sample drawing with 14, 10, & 6" round tiers. I have no idea what to quote her when I show her the drawing. Would appreciate some ideas. And if anyone has anymore ideas for a wester cake, I would appreciate hearing about those as well. I hope my drawing uploads.

I'd suggest to calculate it by the slice then...but add a flat $50-$75 "detailing fee" as well for the carved hat and the belt decoration.

Thanks beanyhunter for the pictures. Those are great! Just what I was looking for. Do you mind if I use them for inspiration? And thanks antonia74 for the idea of charging an extra $50-75 fee for the detailing. That's a super idea.

Your welcome. These are both in the gallery here at CC. I searched under western.
