Is the white sugar in the marshmallow icing recipe on this site, powdered sugar or granulated sugar?

Thanks icon_razz.gif

are you asking about the marshmallow fondant or some other type of icing?
In the marshmallow fondant, yes, it is powdered sugar.
Hope that helps.

Well,
I looked at it and it is the regular granulated sugar there. I know it doesn't specifically say so but in the directions it says to "cook" the water and sugar. So, it has to be the regular granulated stuff.

I believe when they say "white sugar", they are talking about granulated sugar. icon_smile.gif

I found a great buy on marshmellow cream after Christmas, but does anyone know when melted how much one large bag of marshmallow cream would equal to one jar of marshmallow cream, hope this makes senseicon_smile.gif
