I don't mean to sound dense buttt, I ordered the Roland Winbeckler Buttercream Flowers and Arrangement book here on CC and was going through it and came across something I don't think I understand. He gives his icing recipe used to make his flowers in the book and it says (as a flavor enhancer, add about 5-10 % Bright White, Royal White, or similar emulsifier to the mix), so question is, is he talking about icing color. The flavor enhancer is what through me off and I wanted to try the recipe today. Thanks a bunch
Flavor enhancer is a strange thing to call coloring! But that would be my guess as to what he is talking about also.
