I used the chocolate MMF that is in the recipes. I was wondering if anyone has had any problems using this recipe? It felt like modling clay. I was wondering if I did something wrong? I followed the recipe to the t...could it be that I am in west texas and there is no humidity? When they moved the cake it cracked. The groom wanted a budlight bottle cake. It was huge it looked great but it was tough to roll out and then after delivery it cracked. So it looked like a broken bottle still looked cute. It left me wondering if I could have done anything different. Any ideas?

I loved the flavor. It was so good.

I have found that home-made chocolate fondant is more dry, probably because of the cocoa. I have added a bit more shortening to the mix and it gives it a bit more flexibility.
