I've recently seen the popularity as cheesecake as a wedding cake increase. Have any of you tried this? Do you need to use a special kind of cheesecake for this? Do you layer them like a regular cake? Do you fill them with a filling? How bout the frosting? The cakes from this website are phenomonal! She covers them in chocolate. Does anyone have a recipe for that?

The only ones I have ever seen used as wedding cakes were on separate tiers (their own plates). Like this one from the Wiltion website:

Where does the bride store these cheesecakes during a long receiption, since they have to stay in the fridge/can't set out for more than an hour?
