Greek Alphabet cookie cutters

Does anyone know where I might find cookie cutters for greek letters. I need to make cookie bouquet for my daughter who is about to pledge. icon_sad.gif

No I haven't tried there. Was hoping to find maybe a company to order from. But I will go looking there just to cover all avenues

I've just had a quick look on Google, but couldn't find any. Some of the letters are the same as ours and you could adapt some letters to make the Greek ones. Xi you could use an E with the left hand bit cut off. Lambda and Delta you could use an upside down V with a line at the bottom on Delta. I think your biggest problem is gonna be where you put your sticks! I might try doing rectange cookies and icing the letters on, think it would be MUCH easier.

Taniabanana Thank you so much for posting this chart. And you are right about it maybe easier to just do a square then ice the letters on the cookie. icon_biggrin.gif I also spent hours checking the websites, but came up empty handed.

You could try making stencils....find the alphabet/letter you like, enlarge it to the size you need,print it out then use stencil paper or a thick cardboard stock paper and cut it out....make sure your dough is well chilled and place stencil on rolled out dough and cut it out....just a suggestion.. icon_smile.gif

I agree with missnnaction.......I make templates all the time with the plastic sheets they sell at craft stores to make your own stencils, they work great and they're reuseable! I use for everything from gingerbread houses, to flowers that I can't find a cookie cutter for (or don't wanna pay five bucks for) and the stencil sheets are only about $2 for a pack of 3! I get at least 4 really nice sized cookie templates from each sheet!

I agree with taniabanana about doing the square or rectangles and then decorating so you have a place for a stick. But you could also do some cookies in the shape of the actual letters to put at the base of the arrangement!

It would be fun to use a big square (maybe the Wilton Comfort Grip cutter with the scalloped sides) and then do the letter in the center in one of the sorority's colors and then flood the outside in another sorority color. But do it one right after another so they go together and you don't get all of the outline around the letter. I'm not sure how to explain this better. Hmm. Let me see if I can find a picture that illustrates this better!

Hello Softie! I am the mother of a sorority girl who's a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. I too, was looking for Greek Alphabet Cookie Cutters and found them online at http://www.bakegreek.com

I also found a candy mold of the entire Greek Alphabet at http://www.confectioneryhouse.com
