Poured Fondant...what Is It Like?

Has anyone ever used the Wilton's poured fondant recipe? Does it harden? I would like to use this on cookies and/or petit fours. Any advice would be helpful.

My poured fondant is very similar to theirs. I don't know about using it on cookies but I use it for petit fours all the time. Extremely sweet (as you see by the ingredients)...it really needs a buttercream underneath in my opinion.
