you can certainly cover the wondermold pan with fondant....do a search in the gallery for doll cakes and you will see some very nice fondant covered dolls.

I use the wondermold pan to make a kermit the frog and covered it with fondant...it is in my photos!!

just roll out the fondant to the correct size and place over the cake....smooth down with hand or fondant smoother and trim the excess off!!!

Hiya

I use fondant on all my cakes and especially on the wonder mould..if you want a strainght dress doll just roll out icing and lay over cake and smooth with hands then your smoother..look in my album for piccy..

If you want a shaped dress..again piccy in album...before you put your icing on the cake roll out 12 sausages of fondant slightly thiner at one end put that end at the top and the thicker end at the bottom...put all 12 sausages around the cake then put abit of buttercream over them..then your rolled foundant...again shape with your hands and then your smoother....

I have just finished another one which I will put in my photos so you can have a look icon_biggrin.gif
