Hi all. As shown on a cake by hollyPJ the icing and piping is a ganache. She did a wonderful job on the cake and I thought I would send my recipe into the 'recipe' section. posted as Chocolate Ganache 1. As you can see from her cake it pipes beautifully as she has shown and atested

Thanks Cheftaz! I can't look at this cake enough times! And everytime I do, I start to drool..... Thanks for submitting the recipe, I can't WAIT to try it (although it may never make it past my mouth and onto a cake )
