On the oreo cookie thread I mentioned that I got my happy face molds from 3dmolds.com. Well I guess alot of people ordered from them after my post because a couple of members pm'd me saying that 3dmolds was getting alot of mold orders all of a sudden and they wanted my info so that they could send me something to say thanks for recommending them. So I thought, sweet maybe I'll get a free mold out of it. Well imagine my shock when I checked my mail today and had a huge package from them. When I opened it, I was even more surprised because, get this, they sent me one of every single oreo cookie mold they make, it was fifteen different molds all together!!! I am beyond stunned, quite frankly I didn't think great customer service existed like this anymore. Well I'm off to send them a thank you email, but I had to let my CC buddies know how great this company is, I mean I thought they were great before, but this is just above and beyond!

Holy cow!! That is awesome! Yep, it's hard to find good customer service these days. I always try and send a note when someone does something above and beyond, or just does the darn job they are supposed to do, since that seems to be rare these days. It's also nice to call customer service and get someone in the US. I called my bank and actually got someone in the same state! I lost my job and right after that 3 checks bounced. I've never done that. I called and they reimbursed me all charges, it was almost $100 in charges. Needless to say, I sent a card thanking them and to let her supervisor know what she did to help me.

Great, now I'm going to have to try making dipped oreos. LOL! What holiday is coming up next? My husband is going to kill me after all the cookie cutters I've bought in the last few weeks. hee hee.

But now I will definiltey order from them! What great service. I'd much rather pay a little bit more for god service and a good company...I'm off to place my order. icon_biggrin.gif

That is so nice to hear. I love it when people are appreciative, and it's rare for a business to give back like that. It sounds like they probably have alot of loyal customers.

Thanks for sharing!

I ordered some oreo molds from them after reading your post but I did not know your name so I told them that "fragglerock1 from Cake Central" told me about it. I am glad that they took the time to thank you in such a kind way. Enjoy your molds

When I e-mailed 3Dmolds to say thanks for their great service (ordered on Monday, molds showed up on Wednesday) they said these molds were a new item for them. They were thrilled with the sudden increase in business. They are hoping to start selling to some department stores (I asked if anywhere in Omaha carried their stuff, seeing as they are a Nebraska company) but for now, they are internet only. I'm so-o-o happy for fragglerock!

Okay - so right after this post, I went and ordered 3 different oreo molds from 3dmolds.com. In the comments section of the order, I told them that I heard about their fabulous costomer service from Cake Central. Well, my molds arrived today in the mail and...

They sent me one FREE mold! I am so thrilled! It was even the one I was debating about getting.

And the molds are very sturdy - great quality and fantastic service...what more could you ask for? icon_biggrin.gif

If you're thinking about getting any, I HIGHLY suggest using this company.

How about choc covered truffles, or other filled choc candies. Rather big but for chocoholics never big enough. Carmels or cake balls. I could keep going. But I off to look too.

Wow, you sold me on them too! I ordered a few on Friday night and I am hoping to get them early this week. I think it is really great when people are appreciative and show it - I do that all the time and people look at me like I am an alien...

The best kind of advertising is what you just did...

They charge actual shipping charges so they have to weigh your order first. It's nothing unreasonable.
