I have an opportunity to place cheesecakes into a local restaurant on a regular basis. Their requested flavors are chocolate, raspberry white chocolate and turtle. I've checked the recipes on CC but am looking for more. Any help would be appreciated!!
TIA!!

The Food Network did a special on the chef's top desserts.

Tyler's was brilliant. I think it was called Ultimate cheesecake, or something to that effect. From my basic knowledge of cheesecakes, this one looked good.
