stored or should it be used immediately?

I made some and it tastes divine, but my chocolate seized a bit - wonder what I did wrong?

Thanks,

What recipe did you use? Mine is fine to store for a couple days but is best when used right away. If it is stored bring it back to room temperature and stir it again.
If your chocolate seized it is most often an indication that water got in it. To unseize just heat a little cream and add it

Thanks so much! I used the recipe I found here. I *had* just washed the spatula that I used for folding and I thought I had gotten it completely dry, but I'll bet I didn't - thanks again for the tip!
