I am trying to come up with a really funny 40th birthday cake for a friend. It is for a female...her husband said something funny maybe with a naked man on top of the cake - just a thought of course!

Also, a coworker is leaving us in two weeks for a promotion and she is always playing jokes on people and so I kinda would like something a little silly for her "going away". It could also be something with congratulations.
