Yet Another Ganache Question!

Ok, so I just made a cake and decided to try ganache. I followed the recipe, and it came out good...my only problem is that it is really light. I used milk chocolate, so I'm sure that's part of it. To make matters worse, the crumb coat is white bc. If I made another batch of ganache, would it turn out ok to put on a second coat?

I've used more than one coat with good results.
