I got mt Canon printer on eBay a few months ago (OCTOBER). You might want to give them a try, you can save what you are loking for into a favorite search and they will email you when a new printer is listed, just make sure you buy "new in box". Used prionters con contaminate your edible inks!

As Canon comes out with new model printers, they discontinue the older models. You'll still be able to buy them at some online office/electronics supply stores and eBay.

The problem with the newer model Canon printers is that the cartridge style has changed and the new model edible ink cartridges to fit those aren't out yet. Kopykake will make an announcement when they are.

I purchased the canon ip3000 on ebay last month for $115.05 including shipping and insurance. It is WONDERFUL! The pictures print perfectly and quickly. When I was looking there were several up for bid. Good luck, I hope you find a great printer they are really fun.
