sgmaluv, you are really going to like the classes. I took all 3 courses back in 2002. Eventhough, I was expecting to get some cake recipes out of the classes and didn't I did learn a lot. I love to bake and decorate and that is what started me off. These sites also help out a whole lot, they are very inspirational and informative. How did you like the first class? I was SO excited after my first class. Of course, I was thinking..."um, she (my instructor) doesn't know me very well. If she knew me, she'd know I'm not coordinated enough to pull off something as pretty as what's in this book." LoL. I'm in Course 2 and after the first class a couple nights ago, I'm thinking that I'm never gonna be able to learn all these flowers she's got planned for us and the basket-weave technique? She says she has a method to make it look seamless. Well, I guess we'll see. LoL. Anyways, let us know how it went and what you're thinking.
