Anybody use this. I had somebody give me a sample of this to try. It was great. Light and airy, not too sweet really easy to work with. I even think I could make some flowers and piping with it.

I want to see if I can find it somewhere, but not sure where to look.

I don't think I've heard of it, would it be the same as the Bettercreme and Pastry Pride?

I really don't know if it is the same as those. It apparently comes frozen, you thaw it to about 45 degrees and then start whipping it until it forms stiff peaks. My daughter and her son where here when I tested the little about this person gave me. She really liked it, they ate it with fresh strawberries. Later after she left I went to wash the mixing bowl and it had set up in the bowl. It was not hard, by set up I mean firmed up, It was still very soft but it stayed in place. Not at all like whipping cream after it set, but similar to whipping cream when I first whipped.

Kind of hard to explain. Anyway, I want to find where I can purchase it wholesale.

It does sound like the other brands. I hope you find it, I just love using the Pastry Pride on my cakes. It doesn't do very well on string work or writing unless you're quick.
