Hi kiddo,
Well, that is one tough dress! I suppose you could do the underskirt in the pale lavender out of fondant and either use material like fine curtain material gathered and ruched (spelling) or do it all of fondant with the white over skirts also in fondant but gathered. You can buy the mini rhinestone beading at material shops or you could use a pearl mold but colour the pearls silver to get that same sort of effect. Is that exact doll going into the cake because it would be easier for you if you had the gown in front of you do duplicate. Sort of hard to make out the dress clearly from pictures but the lavender looks like it has a print on it, almost like a dotted swiss, I am thinking royal icing dots or buttercream on the fondant.

Oh geesh, she must come with two dresses or be available two different ways. The one I was seeing is really fancy.
Check out the one on this site, left hand menu, click the picture to enlarge.
