If i had to choose for myself:

1. Anything from white chocolate to a nice chocolate ganache

2-Buttercream with more bailey's in it!

3-Maybe a coconut icing

4-Coffee icing

But that's just me! What a fun question!

Depends on what type of cake you using. (chocolate, white, yellow, etc) and you can use The same liqueurs or liquor to flavor your icing.

1.
Amaretto Butter cream or white chocolate amaretto ganache

2 chocolate cake with bailey's buttercream or ganache
If using A white cake then bailey's butter cream

3 Butter cream

4. Mocha cake with kahlua ganache or buttercream

The important thing is that all the flavors and textures compliment each other.
