What exactly would you use the bright white food color for? I've thought about buying it because I feel like I need to own all the colors. But I'm not quite sure what you would use this one for.

Thanks,
Susan

I use it when you want really really white color, say for a wedding cake...but I also have used it to lighten colors if I got it a bit too dark....but remember you dont use that much of it in a small amount of frosting...I did that and it was really really wet and runny.

Thanks! That makes sense. So when you are amking a Wedding cake with Buttercream icing you can add the bright white food coloring to get it whiter?

yes...it will be whiter and brighter (starting to sound like a laundry soap commercial!!!)

but....also be warned, most of these use titanium dioxide and while it may be GRAS according to FDA to much of it and you also get YUCK!!!!! for a taste. It's one of those "a little dab will do you" (and now we're doing hair creme commercials!)

(it's morning....and the loopy sense of humor is in control! icon_rolleyes.gif )
