Do you all use watered down buttercreme or is there a special icing to use with petit fours??? I am making some for this weekend for a party.

I like to use candy melts to coat my petit fours. I like that little crunch when you bite into them!

I don't usually because I feel that my cake and fillings inside are usually tasty enough!
