Cant say I have, just heard about it a couple of weeks ago. But every site I see on it has pink purple and turquoise colors, perhaps do the logo with the colors behind that...if you have edible imaging, take a pic and do it that way.. here is one site

Well I was actually watching that show yesturday. And I notice that throughout the show it showed a mickey mouse outline with disney written in the middle at the bottom of the screen (blue). and it also had updates that outline in a blue color across the screen next to the mickey mouse outline. you can make a full sheet or half sheet add the mickey mouse outline to the bottom and instead of the updates you can add some sort of saying. At a top corner you can add the " that's so raven" symbol. I do believe it is to circles layered. The outer circle is a dark yellow and the inner circle is light yellow with " thats so raven" in white in the center. Just add the bright colors that flayvurdfun mentioned on the sides like string confetti. On the cake just write Happy Birthday!
hope this helps!!

Here's the Disney page for the show:
http://psc.disney.go.com/disneychannel/thatssoraven/index.html, there are some images on there you might be able to use.
