I do not have a paddel for my mixer for the rolled buttercream fondant recipie. I was just wondering what I could use. I have dough hooks, would they work? Thanks

I think that it would work.

I just made fondant on Tuesday, Yes the dough hook will work fine!!

I like to use it until it starts forming a ball, (if at all) and then dump it out and knead it on the counter.
