What is the right temp for cookie baking?..I have saw 325, 350 and 400..what do u think

I think it depends on the recipe you're using. I use Penny McConell's and she suggests 325° which I find is perfect. The No-Fail recipe has 350° listed so I really think it depends on the recipe. If using a homemade recipe, I would suggest not going over 350° to start with. HTH! thumbs_up.gif

It does depend on the cookie. I just baked a chocolate chip, a peanut butter and an oatmeal with white chocolate, cranberries and raisins. All of these baked at 375.
